POZNAŃ GROUP ENSEMBLE
The vocal group was formed in 2021 (as Project Group Ensemble) alongside the Project Group Orchestra, which was established two years earlier. The Poznań Group Ensemble participates in gala concerts, festivals, and theatrical performances.
For over a year, the group has been operating with a 13-member lineup, and its artistic director is Michał Plichta.
The Poznań Group Ensemble has performed several premieres of a cappella and vocal-instrumental works. In April 2025, the ensemble released its first album słuńce sã zacmiło, which features the premiere recordings of seven choral pieces by Michał Sołtysik. The ensemble's competitive debut was at the XVII National Festival of Lenten Songs in Kielno (2025), where it won the first prize in the vocal ensemble category and a special prize for the best performance of a piece in the Kashubian language (for the premiere of the piece bôczë na mie by M. Sołtysik).
